Job Summary
Manage recruiting, hiring, and retention processes while partnering with managers to implement performance improvement plans and corrective actions. Develop and enforce employee policies, oversee talent strategy including onboarding and succession planning, and administer training and development activities. Build relationships within the local community to recruit talent and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations. Develop metrics for HR programs, run regular reports to monitor processes, and analyze learnings to inform leadership decisions. Build and administer employee benefits and compensation programs while maintaining records related to HR programs and employee relations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of HR Management experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with a growing manufacturing organization
- Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Record of success advising managers on the full range of HR/people issues
- Demonstrated ability to quickly establish effective relationships, collaborate, lead, and influence
- Knowledge of all functional areas of Human Resources
Desired Qualifications
- Certified HR Professional designation preferred
- automotive experience preferred
