Job Summary
Director, Human Resources at Catalent’s Winchester site leads the site People Strategy end-to-end, translating business goals into an HR roadmap, building succession plans for SLT and critical roles, and partnering with the GM and Site Leadership Team to drive leadership effectiveness, engagement, and compliance. The role oversees policies, procedures, plans, programs and budgets for HR activities, manages the Site HR team, serves as the site spokesperson with external agencies (e.g., EEOC, DOL), and supports workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance, rewards, employee relations, culture, and change leadership in a fast-paced CDMO environment. Requires a BS in a relevant discipline (HR, I-O Psychology, Business or equivalent); 10+ years HR experience with 3-5 years in management; manufacturing experience preferred. Masters degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BS in relevant discipline (e.g., HR, I-O Psychology, Business or equivalent) required
- 10+ years broad and progressive experience in human resources with 3-5 years in a management role within large organizations with progressive HR systems and processes; Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Masters degree preferred
