Director, Human Resources Business Partnering

Lead a global HR Business Partner team and partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with growth objectives, champion STEMCELL’s culture and values, and help the organization scale. Provide strategic HR counsel on organizational design, talent planning, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and change management. Build strong relationships with leaders by understanding business priorities and workforce challenges; support leaders through complex employee relations and risk-aware solutioning. Drive consistency and excellence in HR partnership practices across the global HRBP team, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to roll out initiatives and change programs. Requires a minimum of 10+ years of HR leadership experience in a global, fast-moving environment (preferably in life sciences or high technology) and a Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Science or Life Sciences). Strong business acumen, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
