Director, Human Resources Business Partner

Serve as the primary HR advisor to executive and senior business leaders, translating business goals into integrated workforce and talent strategies. Advise on organizational design, team effectiveness, culture, and workforce planning while utilizing analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership assessments to develop pipelines for critical roles, driving performance management and capability initiatives. Support business transformations, redesigns, and restructures by developing change management strategies and coaching leaders through people-related challenges. Partner with leaders to assess future workforce needs, recommend staffing models, and monitor key metrics including retention and engagement. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions and champion digital enablement.
