Job Summary
Lead the organization's people strategy across employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic counsel on complex people matters and supporting managers with performance, career development, and organizational change decisions. Develop and continuously improve Human Capital policies, practices, and processes while leading annual talent, performance, promotion, and succession planning. Monitor employment law developments to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Partner with business leaders to strengthen team performance and talent outcomes, balancing business priorities with thoughtful, practical people solutions.
