Job Summary
Director oversees reimbursement and hub services for specialty pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device client programs, managing program teams and client relationships; participates in strategic/tactical planning, proposal writing, contracting, pricing, and development of policies and SOPs; leads recruitment, training, and management of program teams; drives operational execution and cross-functional collaboration from intake to outcomes in patient enrollment, consent, and prior authorization; requires broad healthcare/pharma knowledge, strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Broad knowledge and training in healthcare, specialty pharmacy and reimbursement
- Seven (7) years of experience
- At least 5 years in a progressive management role
- Minimum experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionality; operational policies and processes
- Strong customer/client management background
- Exceptional project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong leadership and talent development capabilities
