Job Summary
Lead HR Business Partner for the U.S. Commercial organization and Princeton site, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent decisions. Translate business objectives into people strategies to support growth and performance, while owning execution of talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development across supported organizations. Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and employee relations, manage workplace investigations, and partner with Global HR and Legal on compensation planning and sensitive employee matters. Collaborate with U.S. HR leadership and key stakeholders to align people initiatives with business priorities in a matrixed, global environment. Requires 10+ years of progressive HR experience; salary $220-230K with bonus and equity eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- significant HR Business Partner responsibility
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams
- Demonstrated success advising leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, and organizational change
- Strong business acumen
- ability to align people strategies with business objectives
- Proven ability to influence within a matrixed, global environment
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time domestically and internationally
