Job Summary
Director, HRBP & Talent leads a regional team of HR Business Partners and HR specialists, providing strategic oversight of Talent Acquisition to deliver integrated people strategies, workforce planning, and a high‐performing, inclusive culture. Responsible for aligning HR/talent initiatives with business objectives, advising senior leaders on organizational design and change, driving data‐driven decisions to improve productivity, engagement, and retention, and ensuring scalable, compliant HR practices across regions. Emphasizes leadership development, employee experience, change management, and effective collaboration with Marketing and business leaders on employer branding and sourcing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership roles
- Proven experience leading HR Business Partner teams
- Experience overseeing or partnering closely with Talent Acquisition functions
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and coaching capability
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, workforce planning, and employment legislation
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to drive decisions
- Comfortable working with HR and TA technologies and driving process improvement
