Job Summary
Director, HRBP – LATAM based in Mexico City (Hybrid) leads regional people strategy across LATAM, partnering with regional leadership, driving organizational design, workforce planning, change management, talent development, and compliance with Mexico labor law; acts as bridge to US HQ; requires 10+ years HR, 5+ in strategic HRBP, Bachelor's in HR/Business, English/Spanish bilingual, Portuguese preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in strategic HRBP roles supporting commercial or growth-focused organizations.
- Experience supporting multi-country LATAM operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Mexico labor law; familiarity with broader LATAM employment frameworks highly desirable.
- Experience operating within a global organization with U.S.-based leadership.
- Proven ability to influence business decisions through data and workforce insights.
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
- Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred to support future growth in Portuguese-speaking markets.
