Job Summary
Lead workforce transformation services across multiple client industries, delivering expertise in organization design, target operating models, skills development, performance management, and talent acquisition. Manage existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities, assisting with proposal responses, and driving business development efforts. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client service, including stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and project financial oversight. Advise clients on organizational leadership development, employee experience, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Develop thought leadership and internal tools to support workforce transformation strategies. Requires twelve years of relevant experience in human capital advisory, with a portfolio of client activities and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum twelve years of relevant work experience related to one or more of the following areas: Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Competencies & Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Management & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization/Leadership Development, Talent Capability Assessments, Employee Experience and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Travel as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- preferred ten years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm
- Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field
