Job Summary
Director, HR Technology & AI Transformation leads the strategy, governance, optimization, and innovation of NOV’s Oracle HCM ecosystem and broader HR technology landscape. Drives enterprise HR digital transformation with a focus on AI-enabled capabilities, automation, workforce intelligence, and scalable cloud-based HR solutions. Partners with HR, IT, Finance, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to ensure Oracle HCM and integrated HR technologies support growth, operational excellence, compliance, and data-driven workforce decisions. Key responsibilities include enterprise strategy, roadmap, and governance for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management); release evaluation (fit-gap, regression testing); adoption of AI and intelligent automation; leveraging Oracle Digital Assistant, generative AI, predictive workforce analytics, and intelligent workflows; HR system integrations; enhanced reporting/analytics; workflow automation and self-service; leading HR Technology team and external vendor support; and change management aligned to HR digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or enterprise HR systems leadership
- 5+ years managing Oracle HCM Cloud environments and HR technology teams
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, configuration, releases, and integrations
- Experience leading enterprise HR digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of AI, automation, analytics, and cloud-based HR technologies
