Job Summary

Lead the orchestration of HR deliverables across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Workday throughout the deal cycle for acquisitions, divestitures, and outsourcing. Conduct due diligence on people-related risks, ensure compliance with local laws, and shape deal strategy from an HR perspective for Corporate Development, Legal, and Finance stakeholders. Manage a team of HRBD professionals to execute employee communication plans, evaluate retention needs, and drive integration planning for global teams. Continuously evolve the HR M&A playbook and support leadership alignment to accelerate productivity during client transitions.

Required Qualifications
