Job Summary
Lead the HR digital experience strategy, overseeing the design and optimization of employee and manager digital touchpoints across HR platforms. Drive adoption, usability, and continuous improvement of HR systems while partnering with HR Centers of Excellence, IT, and global stakeholders to translate business needs into digital solutions. Establish governance, standards, and metrics for HR digital experience and service performance, managing vendors to ensure delivery quality and compliance. Build high-performing teams focused on HR digital operations and lead transformation initiatives including automation and process simplification. This role supports the strategic separation of DePuy Synthes from Johnson & Johnson, with a hybrid schedule and up to 20–30% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10-12 years of progressive experience in HR technology, digital transformation, HR operations, or related leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale HR digital or technology initiatives
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee experience, and digital service design
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders in a matrixed, global organization
- Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change-management capabilities
- English proficiency
- Up to 20–30% domestic or international travel
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA
- Experience supporting global HR platforms, specifically Workday HCM, and shared services models
- Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences
- Experience leading automation, digital adoption, or HR experience transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with HR systems, analytics, and service management frameworks
- Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures
- HR technology, digital transformation, Agile, or project management certifications
