Director-HR Data & Analytics to lead HR data solutions, overseeing a team of 10, bridging HR, IT, and business to design scalable HR data models, data architectures, and impactful data visualizations. Responsible for governance, regulatory compliance, and delivering dashboards and insights using BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SQL-based ecosystems). Requires collaboration with HR, IT, and business leaders, with a 4-days-per-week in-office expectation across multiple US locations and relocation availability. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative analytics field or 4 years of related work experience in statistics, mathematics or quantitative analytics (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree
