Job Summary
Director HR Business Partner for Wealth & Advice: provides consultative, strategic HR support to senior executives (VP–EVP) within the Wealth and MGA businesses, leading people strategies, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Responsible for coaching executives, guiding employee relations escalations, leading annual HR processes, driving cross-group HR initiatives, and partnering with ER&S to resolve complex issues. Requires extensive HR business partner experience in Wealth, strong advisory credibility to executives, and ability to drive HR programs and talent development. Base salary range: $128,000–$178,000 plus total rewards; hybrid Toronto-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Post Secondary degree / CHRP is an asset
