Job Summary
Director, HR Business Partner leads a progressive talent strategy aligned with business objectives, driving talent management (performance, internal mobility, career development, employee relations) and partnering with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, DEI, Talent Acquisition, and other HR COEs. The role designs and executes equitable talent practices, guides organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning, and coaches leaders on talent development, retention, and performance. It oversees the annual compensation cycle, provides strategic guidance to leaders, and supports a culture of two-way feedback while fostering collaboration across DEI, Learning & Development, Benefits & Wellness, and HR Operations. The position emphasizes strategic partnership with senior leaders, data-informed decision making, and investigations when needed, in a Hybrid setup based in New York City.
