Job Summary
Director, HR Business Partner leads the HRBP team to provide consultative support to clinical and nonclinical business leaders in the assigned region. Responsible for coordinating HR services to ensure timely, high-quality results; reviews and updates people policies; manages complex employee relations cases; provides guidance on workforce matters and HR strategies; leads HR processes design, change initiatives, and DEI initiatives to promote retention and engagement; collaborates on workforce development, training needs, and culture-change efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 4+ years as an HR Business Partner
- Preferred Certification(s): HRCI’s SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP
Desired Qualifications

- Experience: 6+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 4+ years as an HR Business Partner
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- HRCI’s Sr. Professional in HR (SPHR) and/or SHRM Sr. Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) (preferred)
