Job Summary

Director, HR Business Partner responsible for providing strategic consultative support to executive leaders across Marvell’s Operations, including workforce planning, organizational design and effectiveness, talent management, leadership coaching, team development, and change management. Partners with client groups to align employee experience and performance with company culture and business objectives; leads core talent processes (succession planning, talent reviews, top talent identification, career development, performance management); drives change initiatives and delivers HR programs in partnership with HR COE; builds trusted relationships with senior leaders and translates business needs into impactful people strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 12+ years in HR in a fast-paced global technology environment
  • 8+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting clients at the Executive level
  • Strong business acumen with experience as an organizational leader; ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills; able to support recommendations through data and analysis
  • Outstanding communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust, credibility, and strong working relationships across all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate proactively with global HR teams and influence without authority to achieve business and organizational objectives
  • Proven experience managing global HR programs and projects with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to drive change, set priorities, and remain flexible in a dynamic, highly matrixed environment
  • Knowledge and experience working and communicating across cultures; experience supporting global teams, including Singapore and Taiwan
  • Experience facilitating team effectiveness and/or organizational intervention sessions
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level with a high sense of urgency and a bias for action
  • Ability to travel, including internationally, approximately 10% of the time
