Job Summary
Director-level leadership for NEC Alliance in Japan, driving joint GTM, co-sell motions, and solution development across Wi‐Fi, AI/DC, and Security networking with NEC. Responsible for executive engagement, joint solution packaging, demand generation, pipeline management, governance, and cross-functional coordination across HPE and NEC teams; develop and maintain joint account plans, drive joint marketing campaigns and POCs, and ensure customer success and references. Requires 10+ years in technology alliances with strong enterprise networking knowledge, and native-level Japanese with fluent English; based in Japan with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales, alliance or partner management experience in technology
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking solution stacks (Wi‐Fi, data center networking, network security)
- Experience defining GTM plays and enabling co-sell motions
- Excellent executive presence with experience engaging C-level and senior leaders
- Native or near-native Japanese language skills and fluent English
- Based in Japan with willingness to travel domestically and to NEC sites
