Job Summary
Director oversees Housing Stability and CES programs, administering Time Limited Subsidy, Prevention, and Housing Navigation initiatives. Responsible for contract execution plans, data tracking and HMIS compliance, and ensuring high-quality trauma-informed, harm-reduction client services across teams. Provides administrative and programmatic supervision of leadership staff, facilitates case conferences, coordinates with partners (LAHSA CES leadership, housing providers, landlords), supports audits and annual reviews, generates and analyzes HMIS and client lists, supports program/fiscal audits, and ensures staffing diversity and adherence to agency policies. Requires collaboration across departments and external partners to advance housing outcomes for homeless individuals in Los Angeles County.
