Job Summary
As the Director of Hospital Development, you will oversee and direct operational activities within the hospital development team, ensuring adherence to professional standards and facilitating the training and development of new liaisons. Your role includes managing educational offerings, evaluating improvement initiatives, interacting with executive leadership, and contributing to the creation of a positive work environment. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in program management and strong communication abilities, ideally in a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience as Hospital Development Manager or equivalent
- 4-year degree in marketing, social work, or a related field with four years of management experience in healthcare
- Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgement and effective management skills
- Proficient interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel locally and nationally and maintain a reliable vehicle
