Job Summary
Program Director role responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all Hornsby Business Institute offerings. Lead partnerships with universities to integrate business education into CRNA curricula, teach business content within MTSA’s programs, oversee external delivery of institute courses to partner institutions, and drive growth through strategic planning, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- A doctoral or master’s degree in Nursing, Nurse Anesthesia, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Current, active CRNA certification in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare, business, or academic settings.
- Experience in curriculum development, program management, or educational leadership.
- Experience teaching graduate-level business, leadership, or professional practice content in higher education preferred.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and higher education regulations.
