Job Summary
Oversee private duty home care agency operations across Lifespace Communities retirement communities; provide strategic and operational oversight to achieve KPIs, budgets, and compliance; recruit and develop agency leadership; coach to improve performance; foster accountability and ethical leadership; collaborate with community leaders to ensure high-quality care, resident wellness, and strong engagement; authorize purchases within budget; act as agency spokesperson and community liaison; lead outreach, education, and referral development; support budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory or administrative experience in private duty home care
- Strong leadership, communication, and multi-site management skills
