Lead, coach, and mentor the office team while providing day-to-day operational leadership, structure, and accountability. Own office performance across service, quality, people, growth, and finance using BAYADA metrics to guide priorities. Use operational dashboards to monitor staffing, service delivery, caregiver credentialing, referral activity, and financial trends. Drive new business development with local rehabs, assisted living communities, and hospitals. Build and lead a cohesive team, fostering collaboration between CSMs and nursing staff. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of office staff and caregivers. Partner with division leadership on annual business planning, goal setting, and execution. Lead regular 1:1s and team meetings to review goals and address hot topics. Ensure the office operates with strong attention to detail, compliance, and continuity of care. This rebuilding office offers the opportunity to grow from its current census toward 80–100 clients, with significant time in the community building referral relationships.
