Job Summary
Director, HEOR Strategy for CLL & Heme-Oncology leads the value and evidence strategy within Oncology HEOR Strategy to shape healthcare decision-making. Directs project design, analysis, and execution across asset programs; collaborates with cross-functional teams (PCOR, VAC, RWE, EPE, MPS) and external stakeholders including HTA bodies and payers. Responsible for end-to-end V&E book of work from strategy to content pull-through, supporting market access, lifecycle management, and post-launch activities. Requires an advanced degree (MSc/MPH/MBA or PharmD/PhD) with 7–10+ years in HEOR/market access, strong oncology HEOR experience, proficiency in health economic modeling and RWE, and excellent stakeholder management and budgeting skills.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree required: MSc, MPH, or MBA with 10+ years of HEOR experience; or PharmD/PhD with 7+ years in HEOR, market access, or related field
- Deep expertise in HEOR methods including health economic modeling, PROs, statistics, and real-world evidence
- Proven oncology HEOR and market access experience across pipeline, launch, in-line, and lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of oncology health technology development and commercialization
- Experience with HTA bodies (NCCN, ESMO-MCBS, NICE, IQWiG, CADTH, MSAC, ICER)
- Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to lead complex HEOR initiatives
Desired Qualifications

- 10+ years of relevant experience in HEOR, market access, or related field
- Strong oncology HEOR and market access experience across pipeline, launch, in-line, and lifecycle management
- Experience engaging with HTA/payers and guideline bodies (e.g., NCCN, ESMO-MCBS, NICE, IQWiG, CADTH, MSAC, ICER)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; proven project management and budgeting ability
