Director, HEOR Strategy - Neuroscience

Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) leads the design and execution of HEOR projects for on-market and/or pipeline development assets and serves as the asset leader representing HEOR on cross-functional asset/brand teams. Responsible for end-to-end HEOR strategy and delivery for at least one asset/indication in US or international, with potential direct reports. The role requires partnering with HEOR COE functions, providing clear communication of findings and strategic impact to internal and external audiences, and navigating global regulatory, HTA, and PR&A landscapes. Strong leadership, executive presence, and ability to engage senior leaders are essential. Advanced degree in health economics or related discipline is required; PhD preferred in economics/econometrics/pharmacoepidemiology. Extensive experience in pharmaceutical industry, clinical development exposure, and cross-functional collaboration are expected.
