Director, Heart and Vascular Service Line

Directs the Heart and Vascular Service Line with strategic, operational, and financial leadership across the continuum of care. Drives growth, quality, patient experience, and financial performance through partnerships with physician leaders, nursing leadership, and system stakeholders. Leads multidisciplinary teams, ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance, advances evidence-based care models, and positions Heart and Vascular as a destination service aligned with organizational strategy and community needs. Collaborates with VPs of Service Lines, Medical Directors, and Surgical Services leadership to plan and deliver optimal care, supervises and mentors personnel, and ensures cost-effective patient outcomes through collaboration with medical staff, nursing, and support staff. Maintains fiscal accountability, accepts new responsibilities, and operates effectively under pressure, with strong communication, integrity, and positivity.
