Job Summary
Director, Health Care Compliance Officer, Global Functions responsible for providing strategic healthcare compliance guidance across Global Functions, partnering with business leaders early in strategy development to identify compliant pathways that support innovation and growth. Lead risk assessments, governance and investigations, and drive an effective compliance program through risk-informed advice to senior leaders. Collaborate with Global Functions, Legal, Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risk, influence decision-making, and enable compliant growth in a matrix global environment. Based primarily in Raritan, NJ with travel up to ~20% between local sites and internationally as needed. Strong track record in leadership, risk management, and translating complex healthcare regulations into practical business solutions; preference for Master’s degree and certifications such as CCEP or CHC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 5+ years of compliance experience (Regulatory, Quality, Compliance, Legal)
- 2+ years of proven experience in people management
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
