Job Summary
Lead the design and management of group medical, dental, wellbeing, and time-off plans while serving as the primary project manager for client delivery. Proactively advise clients on plan design and management, oversee vendor procurement and negotiation, and facilitate specialist resources in health analytics and compliance. Generate new business through prospecting, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure deliverables align with client objectives and professional excellence standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry experts to deliver superior client service and optimize WTW solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading the design/management of group medical, dental, wellbeing, disability and time off plans
- Experience serving as lead project manager for clients
- Experience materially contributing to project plan creation
- Experience leading teams on delivery
- Experience ensuring progress against established objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables and quality standards
- Experience proactively advising clients
- Experience in vendor procurement, negotiation, implementation, and optimization activities
- Experience facilitating specialist resources and subject matter experts in health management, absence and disability management, pharmacy, data analytics and compliance
- Experience supporting the generation of new business by participating in prospecting opportunities
- Experience building relationships internally and collaborating effectively on cross-functional teams
- Experience leading the client team, assigning project roles/responsibilities, and ensuring accountability
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues
- Experience conducting review of client deliverables to ensure alignment to client objectives, leverage of optimal WTW services and solutions, and adherence to WTW professional excellence standards
