Director, Health & Benefits Advisory in India leading the benefits consulting team to advise large clients on end-to-end benefits strategy, health insurance and risk design, wellness and total rewards optimization, and governance alignment. Lead executive-level discussions with CHROs/CFOs and globally-aligned rewards leaders; drive growth through opportunity identification, proposals, pricing, and sustained client engagements. Oversee delivery of multiple engagements with a focus on high-quality outcomes, governance, and execution, while mentoring a team of consultants and analysts. Collaborate across Broking, Placement, Wellness, Technology, and account leadership to create a unified client experience, develop repeatable IP, and shape offerings in flexible benefits, GCC models, cost optimization, and governance frameworks. Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory developments, and frontline client needs; contribute to thought leadership through client presentations, whitepapers, POVs, webinars, and internal knowledge sharing.
