Job Summary
Director-level leadership role overseeing the Head of Investment Products for a U.S. wealth-management platform. Responsible for defining and executing the investment product strategy across both advisory and transactional brokerage channels, owning the end-to-end product platform (UMA/SMA, model portfolios, mutual funds, ETFs, equities, structured products, alternatives, insurance), and ensuring governance, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Risk, Operations, and Distribution. Collaborates with senior leadership to ensure scalable, compliant solutions across multiple custodians and delivery models, and supports advisor enablement through training and tools. Licensing and regulatory expertise (FINRA/SEC) are required, with experience in hybrid advisory/brokerage environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 12–15+ years of experience in investment products, wealth management, or broker-dealer platforms
- Proven experience managing a multi-asset product platform across advisory and brokerage channels
- Experience supporting both wealth and retail client segments, including differences in product complexity and scale
- Series 7 and Series 24 required
- Series 65 or 66 preferred
- Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA, Reg BI)
- Licensing requirements for investment professionals
