Job Summary
Architect the future of global legal operations services across TIAA's Law and Policy organization by leading initiatives such as transitioning an enterprise-wide matter management system and preparing the legal department for AI integration. Drive delivery of strategic projects including transforming the contracting life cycle, streamlining the Outside Counsel program, and establishing India as the strategic hub for legal process innovation. Direct team performance, manage capacity planning, and develop capabilities in emerging technologies like Python and Power Apps. Analyze financial and headcount data to inform data-driven decisions while building partnerships across business functions and IT to deliver measurable value.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ Years Required
- University (Degree) Preferred
- Have a strong understanding of the legal domain
- Have strong background in coding including phyton, vibe coding, Power Apps
