Job Summary

Redesign end-to-end equity processes to eliminate manual work and reduce operational risk, while architecting integrated workflows across payroll, HR systems, and vendor ecosystems. Establish robust governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness, and anticipate regulatory and financial risks tied to global equity delivery. Partner with Total Rewards and executive stakeholders to evolve programs in line with business strategy and workforce shifts, leveraging data to connect equity to retention and cost effectiveness. Serve as the central point of expertise connecting payroll, finance, legal, engineering, and external vendors to drive alignment and continuous improvement. Elevate the employee ownership experience by simplifying complex concepts into clear, accessible communication and tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in equity ownership and governance
  • Ability to redesign and modernize end-to-end equity processes
  • Experience architecting integrated workflows across equity platforms, payroll, HR systems, and vendor ecosystems
  • Experience leading automation and system optimization efforts
  • Ability to establish and maintain robust governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Experience anticipating and mitigating operational, regulatory, and financial risks tied to global equity delivery
  • Ability to own the integrity of vesting, taxation alignment, and share delivery across jurisdictions
  • Experience partnering with Total Rewards and executive stakeholders to evolve equity programs
  • Ability to monitor industry practices, regulatory changes, and emerging models of ownership
  • Experience translating strategy into scalable, executable program design
  • Ability to leverage equity data to provide insights on utilization, retention impact, and cost effectiveness
  • Experience defining metrics that connect equity programs to business and talent outcomes
  • Ability to partner with analytics teams to enhance visibility and decision-making
  • Experience serving as the central point of expertise connecting payroll, finance, legal, engineering, and external vendors
  • Ability to influence vendor strategy, system roadmap decisions, and integration priorities
  • Experience driving alignment across functions to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement
  • Ability to elevate how employees understand and experience equity as part of their total rewards
  • Experience simplifying complex concepts into clear, accessible communication and tools
  • Knowledge of AI-driven workforce changes and their implications on equity programs
