Job Summary
Director, Head of Enterprise Collateral Risk (2LOD) leads second-line oversight of enterprise-wide collateral risk across financing products, driving governance, analytics, and risk reporting. Responsibilities include reviewing collateral/margin requests with the first line, strengthening collateral standards, leading the quarterly Collateral and Margin Review Committee, enhancing analytics for collateral risk and margin exposure, and delivering regulator updates. The role requires senior leadership experience, deep expertise in credit risk frameworks, and a track record of AI/ML/digital transformation initiatives within risk management; strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with proficiency in data visualization tools and the ability to translate risk insights into financing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in credit and/or market risk management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- MBA or CFA preferred
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience leading digital, data, or AI/ML transformation initiatives within a risk management environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior executives and regulators
- Deep knowledge of credit risk frameworks, Basel, CRD, and local regulatory requirements
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate risk insights into client-focused financing solutions
- Proven leadership capability with a collaborative mindset
