Job Summary
Design the future-state operating model for the global Go-to-Market organization by translating business strategy into scalable processes and technology architecture. Own the long-term vision for the GTM technology ecosystem, ensuring Salesforce and adjacent platforms integrate seamlessly to support end-to-end commercial workflows. Establish architecture principles and governance practices while partnering with CRM Operations, IT, and AI teams to drive intelligent automation and reduce technical debt. Define scalable approaches for data, integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities that position the commercial engine for rapid innovation. This role requires 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Enterprise Architecture within a high-growth SaaS environment. The position is hybrid with 3x/week onsite presence in San Mateo, CA, and offers a base salary range of $196,350 - $242,550 plus bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Sales Operations, Enterprise Architecture, or related functions within a high-growth SaaS organization
- Deep expertise with Salesforce and the broader GTM technology ecosystem, including how commercial platforms integrate to support end-to-end business processes
- Demonstrated success designing scalable operating models that connect people, process, data, and technology
- Strong understanding of modern GTM business processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner organizations
- Experience designing enterprise integrations, automation strategies, APIs, and data architectures
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and architectural decisions
- Exceptional systems thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and connect complex initiatives across multiple functions
- Strong executive communication skills with experience influencing senior business and technical leaders
- Must be able to work onsite 3x/week (Tues - Thurs) from San Mateo, CA headquarters
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect certification
- Experience with modern GTM platforms such as Marketo, LeanData, Gong, Clari, Workato, Snowflake, Segment, or similar enterprise technologies
- Experience enabling AI-powered business capabilities through workflow automation, data architecture, or platform design
- Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives across commercial organizations
