Job Summary
Director, GTM Strategy & Revenue Operations at ServiceTrade leads a team to design, build, and continuously improve systems, data, and processes powering the revenue engine. Focus areas include GTM Strategy & Planning, Compensation Design & Governance, Automation and GTM Tech Stack Oversight, and Actionable GTM Insights. Responsibilities include annual revenue planning, GTM segmentation, headcount planning, compensation design and governance, GTM tech stack roadmap, AI-powered automation to reduce seller admin, and producing territory-level insights and metrics. The role requires building quota models, translating targets into operational plans, defining ICPs and targeting criteria, owning Salesforce/HubSpot/Gong/Maxio/Highspot/ChiliPiper/LeanData/other tools, and partnering with leadership to drive seller productivity and growth. Knowledge of AI-driven automation, deal desk improvements, data architecture for trusted reporting, forecasting governance with the CRO, and a track record in SaaS revenue operations is expected. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or equivalent in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- GTM Expertise: compensation design, quota modeling, and territory management
- SaaS numeracy: fluent in SaaS metrics (CARR, churn, LTV, CAC) and forecasting/scenario modeling
- Tech stack expertise including APIs, data flows, and architecture best practices
- Data fluency with Google Sheets (QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, connected sheets/BigQuery)
- AI builder experience and ability to architect/deploy AI solutions (e.g., Claude) to drive efficiency
