Job Summary

Director, GTM Strategy & Revenue Operations at ServiceTrade leads a team to design, build, and continuously improve systems, data, and processes powering the revenue engine. Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or equivalent in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • GTM Expertise: compensation design, quota modeling, and territory management
  • SaaS numeracy: fluent in SaaS metrics (CARR, churn, LTV, CAC) and forecasting/scenario modeling
  • Tech stack expertise including APIs, data flows, and architecture best practices
  • Data fluency with Google Sheets (QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, connected sheets/BigQuery)
  • AI builder experience and ability to architect/deploy AI solutions (e.g., Claude) to drive efficiency
