Job Summary
Director of GTM Productivity to lead the technology, systems, and operational foundation behind Zillow's go-to-market engine. You will define and lead the AI-powered GTM productivity roadmap, partner with Product and Engineering to build AI-enabled workflows and GTM technology, architect end-to-end GTM workflows to reduce friction and boost productivity, own governance of core GTM systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, Highspot, etc.), lead systems integration and license optimization, establish governance frameworks for data integrity and forecasting, oversee deal operations and deal desk processes, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team. This role is categorized as Remote, with U.S. employees allowed to live in any of the 50 states; salary ranges are provided per location, and equity awards are possible.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM systems
- experience leading other people leaders
- experience deploying AI-, ML-, or automation-powered tools in GTM settings
- deep Salesforce expertise and familiarity with Gainsight, Highspot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Chorus, and CPQ or deal desk platforms
- strong systems thinking, process design, and analytical skills (SQL, BI tools such as Tableau or Looker)
