Job Summary
Director of GTM Enablement to lead a four-person enablement team aligned to FY ‘26 revenue goals; responsible for strategy, execution, and outcomes across Sales, Implementation, CSM, and Client-Facing Enablement with onboarding and program governance, plus governance of onboarding paths, ramp milestones, and asynchronous learning. Cross-functional collaboration with executive stakeholders, market-facing alignment on positioning and messaging, and outcomes tied to revenue metrics such as net new CARR production, client activation, ARR expansion, and client retention. Strong coaching for leaders, structured programs, and a data-driven approach to identify gaps and improve pipeline activation and retention. Experience with Highspot and eLearning tools (Articulate) is a plus.
