Job Summary
Lead the delivery of complex financing solutions to SME and Mid-Market clients across the UK. Originate and structure tailored funding solutions, supporting transactions such as acquisitions, MBOs and growth capital. Drive new business, lead deals end-to-end, and build lasting relationships across the corporate finance ecosystem. Collaborate with Credit Risk and Product teams to deliver high-quality, bespoke lending structures while supporting SME and Mid-Market coverage and contributing to the development of the broader market proposition.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in corporate finance
- strong background in cashflow lending, debt origination and structuring
- strong financial analysis and credit assessment capability
- experience delivering complex or leveraged transactions
- experience across SME and Mid-Market client segments
- ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
- established network within corporate finance, debt advisory and professional communities
