Job Summary
Director, Growth Strategy & Analytics to lead data-driven GTM strategy for Fetch’s consumer-focused platform. Build and automate data-informed recommendations, develop action plans from user and business insights, and create personalized in-app experiences. Collaborate with product, tech, sales, marketing, and user research to improve key metrics, using AI-led efficiencies and tools like ChatGPT, Snowflake, Google Workspace, and Iterable. Own data-driven deliverables for go-to-market, drive user segmentation strategies, identify risks, inform product development and strategy, and oversee GTM strategies across multiple consumer products. Requires 12+ years in analytics/strategy/automation with strong SQL, data visualization, data modeling, and the ability to translate insights into action. Preferred: experience in ads, adaptability, project management, and a track record in gaming or consumer apps. Compensation includes base, equity, and benefits with a US-based remote or office work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years experience in an Analytics, Go-to-Market, Strategy & Operations, or Automation role
- Relevant college degree
- Expert ability to analyze complex data and draw conclusions
- Highly Proficient in data visualization
- Data Modeling Experience
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
- Ability to automate and create efficiencies using AI
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Experience in gaming or consumer-facing apps
- Entrepreneurial spirit, high agency, and a self-starter
