Job Summary
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demos, negotiation, and contract execution; deliver tailored platform demonstrations showing business value and ROI; build relationships with CRE owners and brokerage firms; identify, engage, and convert new opportunities through outbound prospecting; leverage HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal tooling to manage pipeline and improve performance; train and mentor junior sales team members on prospecting, objection handling, and sales best practices; help refine messaging, processes, and go-to-market strategies with leadership; represent RealtyAds at client meetings and industry events; deepen expertise in commercial real estate while shaping how AI transforms the industry.
Required Qualifications
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B or similar performance-driven environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience evaluating and influencing senior decision-makers
- Ability to own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
- Experience mentoring junior sales team members and influencing go-to-market strategy
- Comfort with AI-enabled sales tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator)
