Job Summary
Lead growth engineering by developing the platform, tooling, and experiments that power account scoring, programmatic web creation, and outbound automation. Own the models prioritizing accounts by intent and fit, while driving internal AI innovation with agents and QA gates to scale output safely. Build automation frameworks that broaden the top of the funnel and establish a disciplined experimentation program on revenue-driving pages. Manage the engineering team setting the technical bar for modern web stacks including Astro and headless CMS. This role requires engineering leadership at a B2B SaaS company with fluency in data, experimentation, and AI execution.
