Job Summary
Build the analytical foundation for growth by owning the conversion model, budget construction, and dashboards that make performance observable. Develop channel-specific budgets, manage the HubSpot instance, and execute process improvements to keep the function ahead of scale. Run the operating cadence by owning annual and quarterly OKRs, delivering leadership reporting, and maintaining decision tracking. Connect Growth and Operations by managing physician capacity triggers and resolving cross-functional dependencies with clinical and recruiting teams. Lead strategic analysis for payer transfers, acquisitions, and channel ROI. This high-autonomy role operates as a peer to the Directors of Growth and Marketing, reporting to the VP of Growth & Population Health in New York City.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in Growth Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar function within a high-growth healthcare or multi-site services organization
- A track record of independently owning complex, ambiguous workstreams end-to-end and influencing executive-level decisions
- Experience managing people or demonstrated readiness to build and lead a high-performing team
- Bachelor's degree required
- Location: New York City strongly preferred (Hybrid)
- Open to exceptional remote candidates
