Job Summary
Director of Growth Marketing responsible for owning and optimizing the full marketing budget across performance and brand channels, driving aggressive CAC and LTV targets, and leading a high-growth growth marketing team. Build and execute an omnichannel strategy (Paid Social, Search, Affiliate, TV/OTT, OOH, Direct Mail) with a data-driven approach to measurement (MMM, lift studies, Geo-testing) and AI-enabled optimization. Lead high-velocity testing (A/B and multivariate), partner with Finance and Product on promotions, and mentor a team to deliver best-in-class customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. Strong emphasis on SQL/analytics capabilities, data-driven decision making, and a deep understanding of unit economics, marginal CAC, payback periods, and cohort retention.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in performance/growth marketing
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within a high-growth DTC or e-commerce environment (subscription experience is a major plus)
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams
- Experience with budgeting across multiple channels (Paid Social, Search, Affiliate, TV/OTT, OOH, Direct Mail) and optimizing CAC/LTV
- Experience with advanced measurement frameworks (MMM, Multi-Touch, incrementality testing) and data collaboration with analytics teams
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative testing, bidding automation, and personalized messaging
