Job Summary
Own end-to-end measurement strategy across paid, organic, web, and email channels, including attribution modeling and multi-touch performance analysis. Build and maintain executive-ready reporting frameworks that translate channel-level metrics into revenue and risk narratives for EVP/C-suite audiences. Partner with paid media, agency, and content teams to define KPIs, budget scenarios, and ROI models for major initiatives while establishing governance standards for tracking and data quality. Identify measurement gaps and drive solutions with data/IT stakeholders to optimize marketing investment. Lead the marketing analytics function in cross-functional forums, distinguishing embedded analytical needs from enterprise data infrastructure. This role requires a four-day in-office schedule in either Chicago or NYC and is open only to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or digital measurement
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience presenting to senior executive audiences in a regulated or complex enterprise environment (financial services preferred)
- Deep fluency in attribution modeling, marketing mix concepts, and multi-channel measurement
- Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio), social listening platforms (e.g. Sprout Social), and CMS-driven measurement
- Strong track record partnering with agencies on budget and performance strategy
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Four day in office work model in either our Chicago or NYC office
