Job Summary
Director of Growth Marketing responsible for end-to-end growth engine: pipeline for sales, self-serve activation, and ACV expansion across 55,000 customers. Own budget, targets, and a 4–5 person growth-marketing team spanning paid, organic, lifecycle, web, and events. Collaborate with GTM Engineering to ship automation, define acquisition strategy across paid/search/social/organic, drive ACV expansion through cross-sell and lifecycle programs, and implement AI-native workflows with real-time spend reallocation, ICP segmentation, and personalized automation. Lead analytics and reporting to optimize CAC, pipeline, self-serve activation, and net revenue retention; partner with Sales, CS, Account Management, PMM, and Data teams. Requirements include 8+ years in growth/demand gen in B2B SaaS with 3+ years leading a team, budget management ($2M+), experience across high-velocity and traditional MM SaaS motions, hands-on ability to code or build automations (Python, SQL, Zapier, LLM workflows), and strong analytical instincts. Preferred: restaurant/hospitality-tech experience and hybrid/remote-friendly culture with offices in Saskatoon and Toronto.},
