Job Summary
Lead strategic initiatives to expand the Tampa General Provider Network and strengthen its presence in targeted Florida markets. Evaluate and support new partnership, affiliation, and acquisition opportunities that align with long-term growth strategy. Direct physician and practice integration efforts to ensure seamless operational, clinical, and cultural alignment. Collaborate with operational leaders to develop, implement, and standardize workflows, policies, and operating practices. Partner with clinical and quality leaders to implement integration initiatives supporting care coordination and network performance. Serve as the primary contact between physician practices, administrative leaders, and legal counsel throughout each engagement. Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, establishing timelines, monitoring milestones, and mitigating risks. Develop executive-level reports and dashboards to evaluate growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Drive continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and consistency across network operations. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, healthcare executives, and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years leading projects in healthcare, preferably in hospital operations or physician alignment
- Demonstrated success leading strategic growth initiatives, partnership development, physician alignment, business development, and complex negotiations
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, physician practice management, clinical integration, and network development
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive relationship management skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, physicians, operational teams, legal counsel, and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience translating data into actionable business recommendations
- Results-oriented leader with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to influence change across a complex healthcare organization
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field
