Job Summary

Growth leader with responsibility for driving revenue growth through the Google partnership, owning the strategic relationship with Google, ensuring compliance with incentive programs and certifications, and accelerating GMP adoption. You will develop partnership plans, identify joint opportunities, track KPIs, lead cross-functional efforts with Finance/Operations/Client Partners, and champion GMP best practices and platform enhancements to improve client outcomes and organizational performance. The role requires a commercially driven mindset, ability to build trust with senior executives, and experience managing complex programs and partnerships in digital marketing ecosystems.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, partnerships, analytics, marketing technology, or related fields
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and Google's partner ecosystem
  • Experience managing strategic technology or platform partnerships
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, MMM, and performance analytics
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
  • Experience managing complex programs with measurable business outcomes
