Job Summary
Director of Growth & Lifecycle Marketing leads end-to-end acquisition, retention and viewer-LTV strategies for Channel 5’s streaming platform, owning media strategy across Connected TV, Paid Social, Paid Search and Display; leads a four-person team spanning performance, lifecycle and partner marketing; shapes tentpole campaigns with brand teams; strengthens editorial and organic presence with external partners; forecasts acquisition metrics; launches/scales new channels; drives test-and-learn improvements across targeting, creative and user experience; tracks KPIs around customer acquisition, CPA, cost per new customer, winback and LTV; supports customer-led journeys from onboarding to upsell/winback; drives martech adoption and data/reporting frameworks; collaborates with content, product, finance, creative, insights and analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing programs; demonstrates data-driven decision-making and strong cross-functional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Proven in-house or agency experience in growth marketing
- Hands on experience building and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Strong team leadership
- Knowledge of segmentation strategies
- Experience with marketing tech stacks
- Ability to translate campaign performance insights into narratives for senior leaders
