Requires deep knowledge of PK/PD principles, extensive regulatory experience (e.g., BLA/CTD), a strong publication record, and the ability to communicate complex information succinctly. Responsibilities include managing and delivering PK/PD evaluations, developing a compelling scientific narrative, contributing to multi-disciplinary meetings, and maintaining alignment with regulatory expectations. PhD required with 10+ years in pharmacometrics/pharmaceutical development, plus hands-on use of quantitative tools and a proven track record in regulatory strategy and interactions. This role may involve on-site work per Regeneron’s policies, with opportunities to influence cross-functional programs and publications.

Required Qualifications

  • PhD in Quantitative Pharmacology (Pharmacometrics) or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmacometrics/pharmacology or related field
  • Hands-on experience with a broad range of quantitative tools and systems
  • Strong publication record in scientific literature
  • Regulatory strategy development experience and interaction with regulatory agencies
